Cancellation Policy

Plans change. Here’s how cancellations work.

Group trips require us to make commitments to hotels, transport providers, experience partners and local operators well before departure. Our cancellation policy reflects those advance commitments while giving travellers clarity before they book.

Last updated: 15 September 2026

If You Cancel Your Trip

Cancellation charges are determined by how far in advance we receive your written cancellation request.

More than 60 days before departure 80% refunded
31–60 days before departure 30% refunded
Less than 30 days before departure No refund
No-show or early departure No refund

Any booking amount specifically communicated as non-refundable at the time of booking will remain non-refundable regardless of the cancellation date.

Non-Refundable Components

Some trip components may become non-refundable once booked. These may include:

  • ·Flights
  • ·Visas and visa fees
  • ·Travel insurance
  • ·Event or festival tickets
  • ·Permits and entry fees
  • ·Pre-booked activities
  • ·Certain hotel reservations
  • ·Internal transportation
  • ·Special or personalised arrangements

Where applicable, these costs will be deducted before calculating your refund.

Transferring Your Booking

If you can no longer travel, you may request to transfer your place to another traveller.

Transfers depend on availability and supplier approval. Name-change, fare difference and administrative charges may apply.

Certain reservations may not be transferable.

If Voyagio Cancels a Trip

If Voyagio cancels a trip, you will ordinarily be offered either:

  • ·A refund of the amount paid to Voyagio for the cancelled trip, or
  • ·The option to transfer your payment towards another Voyagio trip

Independent expenses such as personally booked flights, visas, insurance or other arrangements are not reimbursable by Voyagio.

Unexpected Changes

Weather, government restrictions, transport disruption, natural disasters, political situations, safety concerns and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may require changes to a trip.

We may modify the itinerary, accommodation, activities, transport or travel dates where reasonably necessary.

Any refund for affected services will depend on the amount recoverable from the relevant suppliers.

Visa & Documentation Issues

Travellers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas and any permits required for travel.

Visa rejection, delays, passport issues or incomplete documentation will be treated as a traveller cancellation and the normal cancellation terms will apply.

Missed Experiences

We cannot provide refunds for accommodation, activities, transfers, meals or experiences missed because of:

  • ·Late arrival
  • ·Personal choice
  • ·Illness
  • ·Early departure
  • ·Documentation problems
  • ·Other individual circumstances

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be calculated after applicable cancellation charges, non-refundable supplier costs and transaction or administrative charges.

Once the final refundable amount has been confirmed, refunds generally take approximately 7–15 working days to process.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage, delays and other unexpected disruptions.
