What Voyagio Does

Voyagio designs, organises and facilitates travel experiences.

Many parts of your trip (including hotels, flights, transport, guides and activities) are delivered by independent third-party suppliers.

We coordinate these services on your behalf but do not directly operate every underlying service.

Your Booking

Your booking is confirmed once the required booking amount has been received and confirmation has been issued by Voyagio.

Prices and availability may change until a booking is confirmed.

Final payment timelines will be communicated with your booking and must be followed to keep your reservation active.

Your Responsibilities

Before travelling, you are responsible for ensuring that:

• ·Your passport and travel documents are valid
• ·You obtain all necessary visas and permits
• ·Information provided to Voyagio is accurate
• ·You meet applicable health and entry requirements
• ·You are physically capable of participating in selected activities
• ·You comply with local laws and customs
• ·You arrive at designated meeting points on time

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every trip.

Itinerary Changes

Travel occasionally requires flexibility.

Voyagio may adjust accommodation, transportation, activities, timings or the sequence of the itinerary because of weather, supplier availability, safety considerations, operational requirements or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where a significant change occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable alternative.

Third-Party Services

Hotels, airlines, transport operators, guides, activity providers and other suppliers operate independently.

Their own terms, cancellation rules and operating policies may apply to services included in your trip.

Traveller Conduct

Voyagio group trips are built around shared experiences.

Travellers are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow travellers, Voyagio representatives, local communities and suppliers.

Voyagio reserves the right to discontinue services for a traveller whose behaviour is unlawful, threatening, unsafe, abusive or seriously disruptive to the group.

In such circumstances, additional costs and onward arrangements will be the traveller’s responsibility.

Health & Adventure Activities

Travel may involve walking, water activities, high altitude, uneven terrain, road journeys or other experiences carrying inherent risks.

By choosing to participate, you acknowledge these risks and agree to follow the instructions of guides, instructors and local operators.

Please inform us before booking about relevant medical, mobility or accessibility requirements.

Personal Belongings

Travellers remain responsible for passports, baggage, valuables and personal belongings throughout the trip.

We recommend keeping important documents and valuables secure and purchasing suitable travel insurance.

Cancellations

Cancellations and refunds are governed by Voyagio’s separate Cancellation Policy.

Please read it before confirming your booking.

Force Majeure

Voyagio cannot be held responsible for events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, infrastructure disruption or similar events.

Alternative arrangements, credits or refunds in such circumstances will depend on the situation and applicable supplier policies.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution and jurisdiction provisions applicable to Voyagio & Hygge Lifestyle.
